Kids Hiking Shoes

I've always been overweight, how I can stop?
I have 27 years old, 5'4 "about 260-270 lbs. I never really checked, I walkers. I could walk all day long and not lose an inch of fat. He had two sons, but I know that should not make much difference. I know that all experiences positive are different, but I have not heard any stories like mine before. More like "I've always been active and then had children and decided to prepare new" F that. I was fat before having children and I'm still fat. Get up and do something does not work for me. That easily lose interest when they see results immediately. I was 175 when he was 17 then the day she turned 18 years I have gained 50 pounds. Yes, I was working at a donut shop, but then I went to summer camp counselor hiking and what not, I bought some amazing shoes and ran around the camp. Still nothing. I do not run because I simply do not. I'm fat and do not want to look stupid with all my things leaving around. If I get into a gym. What should I do?
Cut down on what is eating right now, add more vegetables and fruits to your diet. DRINK LOTS OF WATER keeps you full of energy – up 8liters (even if you mix it with diluted juice) and exercise for an hour a day minimum. 10 minutes on the treadmill, doing squats and pushups, exercise bike. Go to swim three times a week for an hour so. And As the weeks go on to their 10-minute periods from 15 to 20, etc. is not undergoing any diet, do not work, they do, but when it reaches the size you want to be in, once you leave within three weeks you will put the weight back. When you lose weight stick to the diet you have been using. It has a high-carbohydrate and protein but the low-fat breakfast on the morning toast with jam, etc, porridge when the body needs carbohydrates in the morning to slowly release energy feed your metabolism. And for the rest of the day are the foods that are rich in protein and low in carbohydrates and fats. If you feel the urge to eat, get a bar weight loss or have a fruit and vegetable services. The only way to lose weight successfully is if you cut back on food and more exercise. I hope I have helped.
